Leafs Looking to Advance to the Second Round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs

It has been 19 years since the Toronto Maple Leafs won their last NHL playoff series.

That could change tonight, on home ice no less.

Toronto leads the visiting Tampa Bay Lightning 3-games-to-1, following back-to-back come from behind wins in Florida.

Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment will open the gates to Maple Leaf Square at Scotiabank Arena at 5pm for a big party, beginning two hours before puck drop and wrapping by the end of second intermission.

Those wishing to attend must first register for a free mobile pass in the Maple Leafs mobile app.

And, Toronto Police say they’ll be there too, to ensure public safety and minimize disruptions.

A number of road restrictions will be in effect around the arena at the end of the game to manage traffic.
