“Take It All Back” tops the JOY Top 20

Today, ten-time GRAMMY® nominee Tauren Wells was voted to the top of the JOY Top 20 weekly countdown for the eleventh time in his career. “Take It All Back” featuring We The Kingdom was revealed as JOY Radio’s new #1 song by host Johnny Rocket on April 6th.

Tauren’s eleven #1 songs is behind only “Mr. JOY Top 20” TobyMac’s fourteen.

Tauren is currently performing on a 19-city tour hitting cities across the Southeast, Eastern Seaboard, New England, Midwest, Southwest and West Coast. Special guests Aaron Cole and Lakewood Music will support on all dates. His Holy Forever World Tour begins in October.

“Take It All Back” serves as the title-cut of his collaboration-heavy “Take It All Back” EP. The father of four debuted the track last October at the 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards, which he hosted for the first time.

“I got to work with some of my favorite people and artists,” Wells shares of the song. “My hope is to empower you with the faith it takes to go get what God has promised you back! It’s time to call the angels down to receive your joy, family and dreams.”

His most recent #1 song in the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area also represents his twentieth week on top of our chart, keeping Tauren locked solidly in fourth place all-time behind only Lauren Daigle, TobyMac and for KING & COUNTRY.

In addition to his continued musical pursuits, Wells and his wife, Lorna, launched a new church, Church of Whitestone, in Austin, Texas, at the end of January.
