They are designed to protect you, our listeners, advertisers, and partners, and to ensure our content and services are used responsibly.

Whiteoaks Communications Group Ltd., together with its licensed subsidiaries Trafalgar Broadcasting Ltd. and Golden Horseshoe Broadcasting Ltd. (collectively, “Whiteoaks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates a portfolio of radio stations and digital properties throughout Southern Ontario.

By using any Whiteoaks website, app, stream, podcast, or other digital service (the “Sites”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our Sites immediately.

We may update these Terms of Use by posting revisions on our Sites at any time. Changes take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. The most recent revision date appears at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept the updates.

Age and Consent

You confirm that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe the rights of any person, violate any law, or contain harmful or unlawful material.

Whiteoaks may edit or remove User Content at its discretion and is not responsible for monitoring submissions.

We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful to our operations or users. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law will continue to apply after termination.
