Voter Information List Available Ahead of Mississauga Mayoral Byelection

Mississauga residents are nearing the Mayoral election.

Voters go to the polls on June 10th to replace Bonnie Crombie, who stepped down earlier this year after winning leadership of the Ontario Liberal Party.

Starting today, eligible voters in Mississauga can confirm, update, or add their information to the voters’ list for the by-election for mayor, and Ward 5 Councillor. That vacancy was created by the resignation of former Ward 5 Councillor, Carolyn Parrish, on March 15th, who has her name on the ballot for Mayor.

Twenty people are running for Mayor, with the deadline to file nomination papers coming last week. Fifteen people have their name on the ballot for Ward 5 Councillor.
