Olivia Chow Enters Toronto Mayoral Race

Another big name has entered the Toronto Mayoral race.
Former NDP MP Olivia Chow made the announcement this morning.
She joins a crowded field of well-known candidates such as Councillors Josh Matlow and Brad Bradford, former deputy mayor Ana Bailao, ex-police chief Mark Saunders, and former provincial education minister Mitzie Hunter.
Chow ran for mayor in 2014 and came in a distant third behind runner-up and current Premier Doug Ford and John Tory, who resigned in February.
A byelection is to be held on June 26.
